holla back ya'll!!! school FINALLY started again!!!! I'm so excited!!!! Summer was great but I was definitely ready to start back, although I'm kind of wondering why already haha. Summer this year was great, a lot of us girls stuck around Greensboro which was aaaaaaaaamaaaaazing! It made it super fun. Along with chillin by the pool and workin on my tan all summer, I worked as a nanny for a little 5 year old girl named Avery. If you've met her you understand haha. My favorite thing about that was probably playing with her 2 rats, Olive and Pebbles.... and yes they ar real rats! haha. Also this summer Kaitlin and I went to the beach with my family, and I went to Oregon for a family reunion. I suprised myself because I totally thought Oregon was going to be lame but it was SO AWESOME!!!! I went kayaking in the Cascade Mountains, and to some museams and stuff and saw Crater Lake which was probably one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. I also had the best sushi of my life in Portland... so if you ever go to coastal Oregon get the sushi!!!
So now we are about done with week 2 of classes for fall 2010. And its WEIRD!!!!!! I'm a senior?!? When did this happen????Also don't ever listen to anyone who says senior year is easy. Its so not. I'm dying unter the massive amount of work that I have already. Somebody come save me and do my work for me! Ha just kidding (but not really...). Its funny because at the pickup games we've been having all the seniors (me Hannah Erin and Kaitlin) keep being like "oh well when WE were freshman... the SENIORS.... blah blah blah" Which is so funny and really a reality check of how long it's been! Freshman year, moving into my hall in Binford (holla at the T-wing) doesn't seem that long ago. In fact it kind of seems like yesterday. But then I think about it and so much has happened since then, it's insane. Woah enough with the journey back in time... but I will post Freshman year throwback pictures soon, like when the freshman/sophomore powderpuff team beat the senior/junior team yeaaaaah buddy!
Speaking of fall ball and things of that nature, our pick up games have been going SO good!!! I'm so glad to see all the baby freshman coming out and playing with us!!! Everyone looks good and it's just SO exciting!!!! This is our year fo sho. Just a side note, everyone needs to be running everyday (sprints/ long distance whatever) and getting on the wall or throwing around so we are all ready for fall ball and ultimately january when preseason starts!
In other news our beloved assistant JORDAN CLODFELTER got a sweet gig at Pfeiffer University as their assistant womens coach! Yayyyyyy Jordy!!!!!! We miss you already!!!
Well unfortunately its time for class but it is what it is haha.
