Attention Faculty: Convenient Reserve and Purchase Request Forms Now Available

Needing to add something to reserve this semester or wanting to be sure a new resource is available for next semester?  Be sure to check out our new Reserve Form and an updated Purchase Request Form.  Please help us help you by submitting items in advance of student need.  A 48 hours lead time is requested for any reserve item and there is a March 1 deadline for new materials needed for Summer 2009.  For more information, see our Faculty page.

Reminder to Faculty: March 1 Order Deadlines

Faculty are reminded to submit any requests for new library materials needed for Summer 2009 prior to March 1.  March 1 is also the deadline for any final requests for materials to be purchased with FY2009 funds.  Contact your collection development liaison in the library if you have any questions.  The purchase request form is now available online for easy ordering.

ILL Service Update

OCLC (the service we use to fulfill requests) has been experiencing problems over the past 10 days and this could result in delays in interlibrary loan materials. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will strive to get items to you as quickly as possible.
