- Front Parlor - $75,000 (completed)
- Front Porch - $50,000
- Greenleaf Coffee Co-op Lounge - $35,000 (The Greenleaf Coffee Shop is located in the basement of Hobbs Hall and offers a large space for meetings, social gatherings and studying.)
- RA Suite and Study Rooms - $25,000
- Dorm Rooms and Lounges - $15,000
